General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The chest X-ray is suggestive of reactionary changes involving lower lobe of right lung as you are being operated for hydatid cyst of the liver just beneath the right dome of diaphragm, in immediate vicinity of the lower lobe of right lung. Continue medications as per your doc guidance and follow following:
- Deep breathing exercises to boost lung function
- Inhalation of vapors of boiled water added tincture benzoin
- Decongestant, cough preparations and antibiotics for prevention of secondary bacterial infection or pneumonia

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
